Makkah, Saudi Arabia – 27th September – Haramain Recordings (Tasjeelat Haramain) today announced the completion of its full acquisition of Haramain.com, one of the most recognized digital platforms serving pilgrims and the global Muslim community. The transaction was completed in phases over the past three to five years and values Haramain.com at USD 32 million.
Founded in 2006, Haramain.com has grown from a single website into a trusted ecosystem of services connected to the Two Holy Mosques. Its spiritual content platform, Haramain.info, has reached over a billion cumulative views. The group’s services reach pilgrims, families, and communities in more than 180 countries across the globe. The acquisition includes Haramain Gifts, Haramain Qurbani, Haramain Umrah, Haramain Travels, Haramain Assist, Haramain Consultation, and Haramain Homes.
The combination unites two names built on a shared purpose: connecting Muslims around the world with the Haramain. Together, the organizations will expand their reach, strengthen their services, and invest in new ways to serve those travelling to, and spiritually connected with, Makkah and Madinah.
